15-Day Return Guarantee
If your order does not arrive as promised, or if you receive a damaged or defective item, you can return your product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You contact us at sevalozsoy1@gmail.com with photos of the damage or a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made products, lighting fixtures made to specific lengths, and personalized crochet items are generally non-returnable unless they are damaged during shipping or arrive with manufacturing defects [cite: 2026-02-15].
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Special Payment Protocol for Masterpieces:
For high-value, bespoke items (Masterpiece Category), we offer a Flexible 3-Step Payment Plan to ensure transparency during the "Homeartparis production" process. This includes a 33% deposit to start, 33% mid-production after photo/video updates, and the final 34% balance upon your final approval before shipping. All transactions are processed through our secure payment infrastructure.
