Shipping policy

​1. Our Responsibility: Your order is under the full responsibility of Homeartparis until it is successfully delivered to your address. We ensure that your "Homeartparis production" items reach you safely.

​2. Pre-Shipping Approval: Before shipping, we will send you photos of your finished product. We wait for your approval to ensure the product meets your expectations before it leaves our workshop in Kuşadası.

​3. Processing Time: Typically 3-7 business days after your approval of the product photos.

​4. Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

​5. Damaged Items: If your product is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately at sevalozsoy1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
